FAQ
Where can I use the QR code?
On print-outs, business cards, posters, flyers and product labels. The SVG is vector, so it stays sharp at any size.
Is my content uploaded to a server?
No. The code is generated entirely in your browser and what you type is never sent anywhere or stored.
Which error correction level should I choose?
M (~15% recovery) suits most uses. Pick H (~30%) if you overlay a logo or the printing is rough, and L (~7%) when you need more capacity.
What happens if I enter a lot of text?
Longer content raises the QR version, so there are more modules and a denser code. At level L the maximum is 2,953 bytes of UTF-8; anything longer shows an error instead of a code.
What if it will not scan?
Increase the contrast between foreground and background, keep at least 4 modules of quiet zone, and make sure the saved image is not printed too small.
