What is the rule?

Digital certificates: full refund within 7 days; balance refund if over 60% (80% if face value is 10,000 won or less) is used; after expiry within 5 years, 90% (95% above 50,000 won, 100% as points). Paper: 90% after expiry. Korea-specific and in Korean.
