What is the rule?
Base deposit is 10% of the total fare. Mover at fault: 2x (2+ days before), 4x (1 day), 6x (move day), 10x (no notice), plus your deposit back. You at fault: 1x up to the day before, 2x on the day. Korea-specific and in Korean.
