Can I change the order?

Yes — use the ← → buttons under a thumbnail; the result is redrawn straight away.

How is the output size decided?

Pick an output width and everything is scaled proportionally to match it. “Natural” keeps the width of your largest photo.

Can the photos have different sizes?

Yes. Vertical and horizontal layouts line up on the long edge, and in grid mode each photo is fitted inside its cell at its own ratio.

Are my photos uploaded?

No. The merge happens entirely inside your browser and nothing is sent anywhere.
