FAQ
What should a quote include?
Usually your business name, registration number and contact details, the client, the date and validity period, items with quantity, unit price and amount, supply value, VAT and total, and payment and delivery terms. This tool builds the names, date, item table and totals; add the rest by hand after printing.
How is a quote different from a tax invoice?
A quote states terms before a deal and is not an invoice or a contract. A tax invoice is the statutory document that proves a taxable supply and supports the buyer's input VAT credit.
How is VAT calculated?
Unit prices are treated as VAT-exclusive and 10% is added to the supply value: 2 × KRW 500,000 plus KRW 300,000 gives KRW 1,300,000 plus KRW 130,000 VAT, KRW 1,430,000 in total.
Can I leave VAT out?
Yes, pick No VAT. The VAT row disappears and the total equals the supply value, which suits exempt businesses or prices that already include VAT.
How do I save it as a PDF?
Press print / save as PDF and choose Save as PDF as the destination in the browser print dialog. What you type is not stored, so download the PDF before reloading.
